Hayes Industries manufactures numerous types of filling equipment for various applications. For garnetted bed, decorative, airline, and disposable pillows, we offer a mechanical belt fed pillow stuffer that can be scaled to fit your exact needs. This machine can be used for filling or bagging, depending on how it is configured. We also manufacture an electro-pneumatic compression bagger for bagging comforters and a pillow roller/bagger. For blown products such as pillows, comforters, booms, cushions, etc., we manufacture a complete fiber blowing system, available with one or two discharge nozzles and integrated weigh station. As with any of our machinery, all our filling equipment is customizable to suit your particular application.
