Hayes Industries, Inc. supplies duct work, transitions, transport fans, complete pneumatic conveying systems, dust collection systems, up-hump magnets and condensers (fiber separators): engineered and fabricated in house to customer specifications and per project requirements.
Applications
- Automatic, pneumatic conveying of fiber stock from one machine to another remotely located machine.
- Discharge of conveying stock to feeds, roller distributors, blenders, bins, etc., where small size, convenience, and dust free conditions are required.
- Removal of loose, small dirt particles and dust from fiber stock.
Material Handling Fans
Blowers to convey fiber stock from one machine (Opener/Blender) to another remotely located machine (Garnett Feed).
Dust Collection
Bag houses to remove loose, small dirt particles and dust from fiber stock. Distributors to discharge conveyed fiber stock to feeds, blenders, bins, etc.
Duct & Transitions
Heavy duty spiral duct with flanged fittings and long radius elbows. Wye gates and custom made rectangle-to-round transitions.
Up-Hump Magnet
In-line, Rare Earth magnets to remove metal debris that could potentially cause catastrophic damage to your valuable machinery.
